Booking Rules

Payment

Cash App and Apple Pay accepted. Deposit is due at the time of booking.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. There is a strict 15 min grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Once cancelled deposit will be forfeited.

Appointment

There is a $25 fee for same day appointments. You are allowed 1 reschedule a month. After that there is a $15 fee applied to your service.

Cancellation

All deposits are non refundable. A 24hr notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. NO SAME DAY RESCHEDULING

Appointment Prep

  • Please make sure hair is shampooed and clean
  • Hair should be blow dried and tangle free. There will be a fee of $20 added to your service if detangling is required.
  • Avoid putting extra product in your hair such as oils and grease for the best results
  • If you are sick, coughing, sneezing etc. please reach out to reschedule.
